As a service manager (m/w/d), you take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a growing team and actively develop the school support service. Our common goal is to accompany children and young people in accordance with their needs and to enable them to participate successfully on the day of school. With our school accompaniment, we make an important contribution to living inclusion and counter social exclusion.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the coordination and administration forces Management and further development of the school support service Ensuring quality, reliable processes and cost-effectiveness Planning of personnel, capacities and responsibilities Decision and support in complex case-related issues Cooperation with schools, cost centers and network partners Close coordination with department management, management and internal departments Participation in calculations and performance and compensation negotiations

Completed studies in the field of social education, pedagogical or comparable, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience and well-founded knowledge of integration aid or Education Leadership and decision-making Empathic attitude as well as a clear, value-aware communication Secure and routined handling of MS Office and common user programs (operational) economic understanding and safe handling of key figures Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Loadability, reflectivity and sovereign appearance Identification with the values and objectives of a Catholic institution
