Team Leader Operational Purchasing (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary team management of the operative purchasing team as well as interdisciplinary leadership across locations Worldwide, on-time procurement of electronic and mechanical components in the desired quality and quantity at reasonable cost for released suppliers. Ensure high part availability at low stocks and short recovery times at high cost Active design of the supply chain with suppliers according to best practice methods (delivery plan, forecast, consignment warehouse, volume contract, individual order....) and further development of a sustainable supplier strategy Responsibility for serial pricing within the drawing authority in coordination with strategic purchasing Contract design and negotiation in operational purchasing (consignation contracts, forecasting systems...) Cooperation in projects in the area of cost/value analysis and the implementation of subsequent calculations in series products and leadership Escalation function for supply bottlenecks Know how Transfer within the team and locations – Human resources development Successful structural and organizational further development of the operational purchase and leadership of KPI`s

Complete technical or business studies You have extensive professional experience in purchasing and/or disposition (Supply Chain) in an industrial company as well as first leadership experience You have strong negotiating skills, enforcement and entrepreneurial thinking You are an active driver for process optimization / automation and efficiency enhancement Funded SAP/R3 knowledge in the MM module and ideally also in SAP GIB Add-on complete your profile Good knowledge MS Office is required You have very good English skills and are also ready to travel if necessary
