This brings you with experience in First and Second Level Support, ideally in a business environment Knowledge of the installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows operating systems Knowledge of network administration and basic knowledge of network security Experience with remote maintenance tools as TeamViewer desirable Embossed problem solving capabilities and customer orientation Very good German knowledge and good English skills
