Customer service m/w/d Location: Wiesmoor (Ostfriesland) Reference number: 2025-2181 Working time: Full time

As the first contact person, you will address problems and orders in the 3-layer system You document these reliably in the corresponding systems You introduce appropriate follow-up measures and coordinate the call readiness engineers General order processing is also part of your task

Closed commercial training e.g. industrial businessman / businesswoman for office management m/w/d and first professional experience in customer service desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in Excel) required Ready to work in the 3-shift model (including weekend, night, Sunday and holiday services) Reliability, flexibility and independent and conscientious operation
