Your responsibility: Technical implementation and development of the ESM specialist Technical implementation of ESM projects Technical configuration and further development of Matrix42 environments Responsible implementation of defined requirements within the platform Integration of systems and interfaces into existing IT landscapes Conducting tests and quality assurance before production Project work and cooperation Working in customer projects together with experienced ESM consultants Support in structuring and technical implementation of work packages Participation in workshops and technical translation of requirements Acquisition of clearly defined tasks in the managed service environment

Your profile: technical competence and customer orientation Technical foundation Study of Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable technical training First practical experience in the IT environment or in IT projects Technical knowledge Basic understanding of ITSM or service management platforms Experience with Windows servers, IIS and MS SQL (T-SQL) Knowledge of PowerShell or C# is a plus Procedure Structured and solution-oriented operation Interest in complex IT system landscapes Joy in implementing and developing technical solutions independently Very good German knowledge and good English skills Knowledge development Building expertise in enterprise service management Active exchange with our project team on technical solutions Continuous further development in the Matrix42 environment to the technical ESM specialist
