This makes us strong and above all: different! Senior AI Delivery Manager The AI & Data area is designed to further develop artificial intelligence in the entire banking environment. For our AI Center of Competence we are looking for an experienced personality who is technically responsible for bank-wide AI initiatives, translates complex requirements in a structured manner and controls the implementation from idea to scaling. In your role as an AI expert, you take the technical responsibility for managing cross-architectures and are responsible for their implementation from decision preparation to implementation. Together with the interdisciplinary AI CoC team, you evaluate, structure and prioritize AI‐Use‐Cases in the bank-wide Use‐Case-Funnel, creating the basis for a focused and value-oriented end-to-end implementation. You work closely with the disciplines, take Business-Bedarfe structured and translate them into a common technical target. On this basis, you will guide functional target images as well as suitable solution and technology architectures and accompany their implementation together with IT and department experts. You are responsible for the technical specification of the prioritized AI-Use-Cases by transferring business problems to clear analytical or model-based questions. Along the implementation phase, you control dependencies and coordinate the stakeholders involved and ensure consistent, scalable and targeted delivery.

Successful study in a technical, economic-informatical or scientific field or comparable Long-term professional practice, ideally in the regulated banking environment or in a management consultancy Solid know-how in project management as well as strong delivery competence – beneficial: certification in project management Best familiar with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG and AI Transformation with expertise in MLOps/ LLMOps, cloud architectures, data governance and IT security Introduces the introduction and scaling of new technologies, portfolio and budget management, as well as agile working methods and tools Posted in regulatory requirements regarding AI, specifically: EU AI Act, GDPR, MaRisk Embossed communication and stakeholder management capabilities, complemented by sovereign appearance, high reliability and strong team-oriented and cross-sector cooperation Very good German and English in word and writing
