Processing of national and international customer orders (EU & third countries) Editing and updating master data in the CRM system and maintaining customer and order data in SAP clarification of invoice and delivery complaint including documentation in a CRM database Support of customers and distributors (telephone, e-mail) Coordination with logistics, sales and external partners Monitoring of deliveries and deadline tracking

Completed commercial training, ideally large and external trade or comparable Experience in order processing Knowledge of export processes and customs issues desirable SAP and MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, knowledge of French are of advantage Service-oriented, structured operation
