You support us in recruiting students and interns and take the recruiting process independently In the team, you support us in applicant management (e.g. application and job alerts, appointment of job interviews) You support us in general administrative and organizational issues You take on different special projects in the field of recruiting (e.g. organisation of team events, preparation of the applicant days)

Registered full-time student* in a state-approved university, ideally with a focus on staff You are interested in recruiting new colleagues as well as in general staff topics and ideally have first experience in recruiting Structured working, paired with self-initiative and sense of responsibility With value-assurance, open and proactive communication, you will encounter candidates and disciplines First experiences with MS Outlook and ideally also with an applicant management system Good English knowledge of word and writing
