You are responsible for the professional development and configuration of our CRM system (BSI Customer Suite), in particular the creation of guided processes You translate professional requirements from sales and service into technical solutions and accompany them from the first idea to implementation You identify potentials for automating customer processes in new business and inventory and implement them independently As a link between specialist and IT, you advise your colleague: to make feasibility on the inside and introduce your own ideas to optimally connect marketing, sales and service processes You use our analysis tools to measure the success of your processes and to continuously optimize standards and templates
