Service technician 40 hours/week (m/f/d)

after a detailed introduction phase, as a service technician in the regional area, the solution of hardware problems on digital output systems such as printers and copiers of well-known manufacturers. You can support our local business customer, telephone or email. The delivery, installation and assignment of new devices also falls within your area of responsibility. You agree with our customers on your own responsibility and realize a quick handling of repairs and installations with the help of a ticket system. The ordering of spare parts and costing of cost suggestions is carried out by you. This is how we achieve a high customer satisfaction together. You are team players and show willingness to occasionally take over special tasks or project work.

completed vocational training focusing on data processing, mechanics or electronics Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as binding, safe ways of handling Experiences with printers, fax machines or copiers are of advantage Knowledge about the operation of Microsoft networks is advantageous Evtl.
