You guide the team professionally and disciplinefully and ensure a high level of consulting and service quality. You control the work processes in the team, set clear structures and ensure professional processing of requests from the sales partners. You support your team to advise brokers by phone and e-mail to general KV comments as well as to offers and comparisons. You work closely with the product-giving companies and develop services, processes and digital working methods. You evaluate new products taking into account our Fund Financial Standards and support the expansion of our offering world. You are responsible for the content of the weekly KV newsletter and prepare important topics for team and leadership. You accompany recruiting processes, take on the incorporation of new colleagues and actively shape the further development of the team.

You have a completed training in the insurance or financial services sector or a comparable background. You bring first leadership experience or want to take responsibility in a team management function. You have basic knowledge of health insurance or are motivated to work quickly into the topic with our support. You work structured, meet clear decisions and keep track of complex processes. You are communicative, team-oriented and convince by a high service and quality awareness. You are digitally affin and work quickly into new systems, tools and processes. You have the pleasure of developing a team and developing solutions for our sales partners together.
