Control and further development of our product range including product development and price policy, in cooperation with external partners Initiation and support of digitalization and optimization processes Working with the implementation of overarching tasks in sales management Implementation and analysis of market and competition observations to identify innovative approaches Active cooperation in projects and interdisciplinary expert bodies Coordination in the implementation of overarching tasks in sales management

Successfully completed bank training (e.g. bank clerk / wife), business studies or a comparable qualification Secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Founded practical experience in the development and control of bank products as well as strong market and industry knowledge Comprehensive experience in the analysis, control and optimization of processes Embossed conceptual and analytical skills combined with a high solution orientation Communication strength, team capacity and initiative Enthusiasm, commitment and strong service orientation as well as high readiness for learning and change
