Your tasks with usYou do what you can best: You carry out your own logopedic diagnostics and therapy and accompany your patients with professional competence and much empathy. You create therapy that suits your patients: whether speech, speech, voice or swallow disorders, you develop individual therapy plans and implement them independently and purposefully. You have a look at your patients: you document your therapies and keep up relevant developments. Digital, uncomplicated and without unnecessary paperwork. You work independently: You decide which methods and materials are useful for your patients and shape your therapy as you are professionally convinced. You are part of the team: you exchange with your colleagues, bring in your ideas and support our practice from the start. You continue developing: You want to grow professionally? We will give you the space for it and help you develop your focus and introduce new ideas into practice.

That's what you bring You have successfully completed your training as a Logopede / as a Logopede, or you have already seen your degree. You like to work independently and appreciate it when all the practice processes are modern and clean in the background. You really want to introduce yourself to a small team and actively shape our practice from the start.

Your Benefits at Loquio • Above-average salary: Your remuneration is consciously above the usual industry level, clearly agreed and transparent. • 1 monthly salary extra: After successfully completed sample time, you will receive an additional full gross monthly salary once. • 40 € per extra unit: From 95% of your contractually agreed hours, you will receive 40 € gross for each further therapy unit. • Up to 1,000 € recommendation bonus: You know someone who fits perfectly with us? You call us your times, we build your calendar. • Your own treatment room: For full-time staff there is no sharing or rotating. Your room remains your room, including your therapy material. • Most modern equipment: own MacBook, complete therapy material and a fully equipped practical software.
