We are looking for you for the health office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in parttime (80%) and indefinitely.

The Interdisciplinary Early Funding Centre (IFF) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart (Association: City of Stuttgart and Physically Disabled Association Stuttgart e. V.) is an interdisciplinary institution with employees from eight different areas of expertise for the diagnosis, consulting, promotion and therapy of children with development difficulties, disabilities or imminent disabilities from birth to schooling and their families. The IFF works outpatiently in the rooms of the IFF at the Health Office in Stuttgart or on a mobile basis in day care facilities and in the families at home.

A job that enthuses you

• They conduct personal and telephone-open, low-swelling consultations on early funding in the IFF
• also arrange, coordinate and conduct initial discussions with the children and your reference persons in close cooperation with the management through
• They assist in medical examinations (e.g. control of the vaccination pass, vaccination counselling or behavioural observation)
• They are responsible for the secretariat of the IFF (including the processing of the mail and the digital postal office, the IFF's appointment and telephone management) and carry out coordinating activities on behalf of the IFF management
• You write doctor reports and opinions by dictate
• rounded off your task with digital data management in the internal documentation system

A change or addition of the task area is reserved. Working hours should be distributed to at least four working days, Tuesday and Friday are mandatory.

Your profile that fits us

• a successfully completed training as a medical/specialist (MFA), health and nursing staff or comparable training in the medical field
• Professional experience in working with children with developmental difficulties or disabilities is desirable
• practical experience with administrative activities and organisation
• very good written and oral expressiveness in German and very good user knowledge in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
• Detection of mackerel protection is required (starting 1971)
