Customer Service Coordinator - Focus on Solution Management (m/w/d)

You advise our customers and process customer requests regarding online collection, product withdrawal, exchange, repairs, purchase processing (cashing)– passionate, customer-oriented, competent You perform administrative activities related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account etc. You coordinate telephone and written customer enquiries to the team and thereby provide the answer to the service requests. If necessary, you will take over the processing of telephone and written customer requests. You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers to all processes around repair You actively support customer events You take a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints You maintain and implement predefined national standard policies, processes and practices

You have a successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hotel industry & trade, event industry) You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the Consumer Electronics industry You have a strong customer and service orientation and live in the team. You are strong in communication, strong in implementation and work solution-oriented You are a team player and have fun together You are ready to support the team even in the afternoon / evening and on Saturdays
