Head of Warehouse Management (m/w/d)

For our clients, an internationally active company in the field of logistics and distribution, we are looking for a team leader in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) at the Bernburg site at the next possible time.

Control and operational support of all storage areas Optimization of processes to improve quality and schedule Ensuring compliance with internal requirements and legal guidelines Leadership, motivation and further development of a team in the 2-shift system Support for staff shortages and promotion of cross- team cooperation Meetings and instructions, including information sharing Control of time recording and participation in cross-departmental voting

Complete training in logistics or a comparable qualification appropriate professional experience in warehouse logistics Secure handling of warehouse management systems, ideally SAP EWM First leadership experience as well as motivational talent and responsibility awareness Knowledge of occupational safety and quality assurance Structured, solution-oriented operation – even in stressful situations Impressed team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability Safe in handling MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
