• You are looking for incoming events and disruptions on site with our customers.
• As a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), the Service Desk informs you about disturbances that need to be resolved in a timely manner to fulfill the recovery according to SLA requirements.
• You run Break & Fix (exchange in case of malfunction) as well as IMAC (installation / setup), Move (shift), Add (extension) and Change (key).
• You take care of the warranty & warranty processing according to the specifications.
• If necessary, you will provide technical support after appointment.
• Documentation is done in the Customer Ticket System (HPSC), and you work closely with the Remote Service.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training as IT technician:in / IT system electronics:in or comparable qualification
• Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Knowledge in terminal equipment (PC hardware / laptops, network components, etc.)
• Know-how in the area of error analysis and error corrections
• Very good German and ideal English knowledge in word and writing
• readiness to travel, driving licence class B/BE, or 3
