You take over the advice of group-internal and DB-external customers: in Germany and abroad in the field of building logistics and construction process coordination Part of your work is the provision of services (direction, planning and implementation) for building logistics in the project planning phases HOAI 5 and 8 for railway infrastructure installations (reconstruction / expansion routes, railway systems, passenger railway stations, bridges) and other construction projects Responsibility for the quality, time and cost-oriented implementation and management of projects in project and subproject responsibility In addition, you will set up comprehensive construction schedules / construction process plans / logistics concepts and logistics manuals and continue to write them on the basis of a target-actual balance and newly gained insights into counter-control. You take the reporting of the project status to all stakeholders, including through regular reporting on logistics evaluations and key figures based on logistics data The support of the technical applicants:in the development of stoppage concepts regarding the registration and availability of logistics grits in the performance phases 1 -8 belongs to your tasks You are responsible for the shift and work disposition of local staff.

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in an engineering or logistical field or a comparable qualification with track experience Multiannual experience in the project realization of infrastructure projects (planning, project management, construction monitoring, construction planning or construction management) Extended expertise in building logistics and project management and your knowledge in contract and building law (HOAI, AHO and VOB) you use confidently You bring a high level of communication skills, service orientation and a safe and binding occurrence with Openness, self-initiative and goal-sustainability are among your strengths You are looking forward to working on a team and cohesion among your colleagues: Analysis and improvement of processes is one of your strengths Irregular construction sites and flexible working hours are open to you
