Case consultancy and supervision: support for specialists in complex cases, crisis interventions or methodological questions.

Support of aid processes: participation in assistance plan discussions, cooperation with youth offices and other cooperation partners.

Further development of technical concepts: e.g. development of new forms of help, implementation of quality standards, evaluation of offers.
