Service Owner SAP Basis (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the holistic end-to-end operation of your services. As an expert in your technology, you understand the requirements and added value of your services. The professional control and further development of your service team is in your hands - thereby ensuring quality, compliance and smooth operating transfers. Through process optimization, automation and the use of AI, you continuously increase efficiency and service quality. You control your service efficiently, coordinate the interfaces relevant to the service and transfer between 1st and 2nd levels as well as the manufacturer. You actively accompany service reviews, meet requirements and present your services in the pre-sales phase. You transfer our operating concept to new customers, soaring for a smooth service transfer and accompanying them during operation.

Completed (information) technical vocational training or completed studies in the field of (information) technology and/or many years of professional experience in the relevant field. You bring deep experience in the professional and operational management of service units, in the operation of SAP landscapes and in IT service management processes such as incident, change and service request fulfillment. Customer orientation is self-evident for you - your pronounced service set characterizes your daily action. With enthusiasm, you drive forward the innovative development of scalable services and effectively implement new requirements within the service organization. You bring multi-year experience from technical roles, relevant certifications and the ability to combine and professionally control technical, organizational and economic requirements for holistic services. Structured process thinking, high detail accuracy and strong communication skills are just as good as your clear service and customer orientation. You use your methodological and analytical skills as well as your safe handling of agile methods to improve service quality, stability and customer satisfaction in a sustainable and measurable manner.
