IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Support of IT hardware systems, including (but not limited to) PCs, servers, building security systems, peripherals, operating computers, smartphones and tablets Timely and professional processing of technical support requests from users and employees Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices Maintenance and updating of documentation on support tickets First-level support for corporate and business applications Compliance with SLAs defined by the IT organization Cooperation with third-party providers Provision of IT services throughout their lifecycle Daily monitoring of systems Support of customers/end users for questions regarding the installation, use and implementation of products responding to customer requests and providing appropriate technical and/or product-related information Communication of problems and concerns of users to all relevant internal employees Providing computer hardware Provision and maintenance of IT security systems Systematic approach to problem solving, including the creation of documentation to support results and preventative maintenance Continuous improvement support Implementation of audits (if necessary) On-site support at other locations (if required)

Completion in Computer Science, IT-relevant training or equivalent qualification At least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the IT service desk or IT support Embossed service and customer orientation Embossed analysis and problem-solving competence Knowledge gained in support of computer hardware (PCs, tablets, smartphones and mobile devices) Safe handling of all Microsoft Office/OS platforms Structured and independent working, pronounced organisational skills and the ability to prioritize independently High flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic working environment with changing priorities Team skills High level of professionalism, reliability and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
