Conducting training “sealing technology” for EagleBurgmann sales staff, end users, OEM/EPC customers and partners worldwide Develop, organize and implement tailor-made global and regional specific training programmes taking into account current and future needs Create and deploy training materials as well as regularly adapt Keep and apply current trends and new training methods using best practices Travelling for training activities in Germany and abroad

Complete technical studies, masters, technicians or another comparable qualification Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in sealing technology At least 4 years of professional experience in a technical function related to sliding ring seals or rotating machines ability to prioritize tasks; readiness to change; efficient multitasking and independent work English and German at a professional level (at least B2+ or C) EU licence Class B
