Planning, control and monitoring of construction and infrastructure projects at technical installations, buildings and plant sites Coordination of reconstruction, expansion and new construction measures – from planning to acceptance Support for building projects on the building site, e.g. multi-family houses Control and coordination of external architects, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies Ensuring cost, appointment and quality objectives as well as auditing and documentation Preparation and monitoring of approval and construction applications for works and infrastructure projects

Completed training as a state-tested construction technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or completed study in the field: Civil engineering Architecture Construction management Construction / civil engineering First or multi-year experience in: Construction line Project management Construction project control Building contractors Experience with approval processes and authority communication of advantage Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of CAD or BIM are welcome Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence to partners and authorities Driving licence Class B
