Business Development Manager (m/w/d) - Private Equity

As a Business Development Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in developing and implementing business development strategies for private equity, promoting growth and driving global and regional initiatives. As a central contact person in Germany, you work closely with international teams, analyze market opportunities and strengthen our client relationships.

Development, control and implementation of business development strategies for private equity in Germany in close coordination with our global strategy Participation in the development of business development strategies for private equity at global level Ensure close cooperation with partners and stakeholders to ensure a uniform orientation across the global network Implementation and control of BD initiatives in Germany to achieve the established practical and firm objectives Analysis of current trends and market developments in the sector, including well-founded industry and company analyses to identify new business opportunities and manage the deal pipeline Use of market, product and client feedback to further develop BD strategies in the private equity sector Development and implementation of specific PE growth strategies to promote cross-selling opportunities and to align strategies with the respective market needs Close cooperation with our BD and marketing teams to create high-quality, convincing presentations, offers and acquisition documents for national and international clients

Extensive experience in Business Development (BD) with a focus on private equity, ideally in an economic law firm or in a professional service environment Understanding private equity transactions and fund structuring as well as current market trends Proofable successes in the development and implementation of BD strategies Bringing outstanding skills in stakeholder management as well as building and maintaining client relationships Own leadership skills and have the ability to convince teams across areas can demonstrate routine in the definition and evaluation of KPIs In a position to convince key stakeholders by data-based argumentation Have found cross-selling skills and chance identification A strong competence in the creation of a number of oriented materials while maintaining tight deadlines have a strong organizational design, work in a structured and detailed manner and can efficiently coordinate complex projects A pronounced service orientation and high self-motivation show possess very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
