Head of the Contract Law and Remuneration Unit (m/f/d)

As Head of Unit, you take over the professional and personal leadership of a team of around 35 employees and actively shape the further development of your area of responsibility.

The unit advises and supports the city and counties of Baden-Württemberg in the conclusion of agreements in integration aid for people with disabilities, youth assistance and care. Together with the urban and rural districts, the services and care rates for approx. 8,000 offers negotiated and for this purpose have concluded performance, quality and remuneration agreements. Strategic and operational management of the unit including personnel management, control and further development of the work processes Representation of KVJS in national and federal bodies, commissions and arbitrators Editing policy issues, creating templates, reports and strategic papers Advising the city and county circles in complex issues as well as accompanying particularly demanding negotiations Leading (framework) contract negotiations at national level, in particular with associations of free welfare Close cooperation with local regional associations Support of the association management in technical and strategic issues Responsibility for controlling and reporting

completed academic studies (Diplom / Master) in administrative, economic or legal sciences or equivalent educational requirements Management experience as well as multi-year professional experience in a comparable task good knowledge of administrative and social law, in particular the Social Codes (SGB VIII, SGB IX, SGB XI and SGB XII) high communication and negotiation competence, resilience and a high degree of responsibility driving licence class B
