Site Reliability Engineer - DDoS / Nginx / Automation (m/f/d)

You develop and finely tune the logic for fast and effective defense of DDoS attacks on network and application levels You continuously opt for detection and mitigation pipelines for automatic processing of attack patterns, including reporting You automate operating processes and infrastructure rollouts in cooperation with System Administrator:inside You provide robust interfaces and services for seamless integration of defense products into hosting products You administrate and undisturbed our highly available, complex infrastructures and participate in readiness

You have several years of experience in the system-oriented development of highly available software artifacts in at least one of the following languages: Go, C, Python, PHP, Bash You have expertise in handling Nginx, ideally in connection with Lua to extend the application logic, as well as practical knowledge in operating Nginx as reverse proxy or web application firewall (WAF) You see infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation as the core component of your working methods You have profound knowledge in the field of network protocols on Linux systems and experience with BGP, Flowspec and Anycast Routing in the context of the DDoS Mitigation You have excellent analytical skills to quickly evaluate DDoS attacks, implement countermeasures and continuously develop defense platforms You have fluent English skills in word and writing in our international team. English is a plus point
