You accompany the complete Employee Lifecycle and are primarily the contact person for our professional and technical employees and executives in all personal topics. You raise the potential of our employees through their promotion and further development You work with the works council trustedly and are able to implement statutory and collective agreements and corporate guidelines You create reports and reports and prepare the pay bill You question workflows and develop efficient, digital and future-oriented processes with the team

You have a degree or training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification You look back on a multiannual professional experience in the HR sector of a manufacturing company You are safe to use MS Office and HR tools (e.g. Atoss, Infoniqa) You have a pronounced service and hands-on mentality as well as implementation strength that you combine with an independent, careful and binding procedure You are strong in communication and gain through a confident, friendly and authentic appearance
