Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the initiation and control of measures for the improvement, variation, further development and targeted outphasing of existing products over the entire product life cycle. You optimize the flushing process by using modern sensor technology and innovative chemical solutions - with the aim of achieving efficient, sustainable and high-quality flushing results. The observation and assessment of market, customer and technology trends to derive strategic recommendations is also part of your responsibility. Your tasks include defining and developing the product strategy in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Together with relevant departments and international partners, you will develop clear product requirements. You develop market launch strategies in cooperation with global and local marketing teams, including positioning and market support.

A successfully completed master's degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your qualification. You have several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the international environment. Experience in technical or industrial product business is advantageous. You are characterized by a targeted, strategic and structured way of working. You have a pronounced conceptual thinking and very good communication skills. German and English skills and international readiness to travel (about 30%) complete your profile.
