Analysis and further development of customer-oriented sales and ERP processes by exchange with the relevant user groups and their own initiatives

Responsibility for “Commercial Flows” in the introduction of new business models, products and services focusing on ERP integration (analysis, design, testing, operational transfer, monitoring of interfaces)

Identification, evaluation and implementation of AI and automation potentials along the sales processes including Development of concrete use cases and user stories

Establishment and maintenance of network relationships within the sales organization

University studies Business Informatics and BWL/VWL, with practical experience in a previously completed commercial vocational training in the industrial or commercial environment

Long-term professional experience in Sales Administration, Reporting, Process and/or IT project management (including planning, control, coordination and implementation of projects)

Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in sales as well as the ability to analyze complex relationships, to contextualize and visually prepare

Very good technical understanding of data structures, IT processes, interfaces (especially CRM, SAP ERP, BI); additional knowledge in automation & process modeling tools such as Power Automate, Bridge AI, SAP Signavio are desirable

High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced agility and flexibility

Representative initiative, sense of responsibility and innovative strength

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders fluent in German and English
