The IT service is the First Point of Contact for all IT-related enquiries, problems and service requests of the Ulm University Hospital staff. The IT service team focuses on first-level support and request fulfillment. The aim of the IT service is to relieve the staff of the university hospital in all technical and organizational IT needs and problems. Recording and documentation of messages by phone, email and ticket system Error analysis and cooperation with external service providers and internal specialists both remotely and locally Management of user accounts Configuration, installation and integration of workplace systems Building, rebuilding and dismantling of jobs Documentation of standard solutions in the IT-Knowledge Base Participation in IT projects

Successfully completed training as a specialist (w/m/d) (system integration or application development) as an alternative to training, study or experience with a comparable background Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and Citrix Experience with clinical applications desirable Knowledge in IT service, ideally with ITIL V3 Foundation qualification High service orientation and good communication skills, especially reliable German knowledge in word and writing Structured working and analytical thinking readiness and ability to work quickly into new topics Team skills Joy of complex challenges
