Over the next few years, the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences carries out extensive refurbishment and reconstruction measures focusing on energy recovery, the adaptation of the building stock to the needs of new study programmes and research projects, as well as the conversion of heat supply to climate-neutral energy sources. We want to strengthen our team in building management.

Project management: You take responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of our construction projects in the construction sector, from basic determination to execution and handover technical control: You plan and coordinate in all phases of the project and control the cooperation with internal users, external planning offices, specialist engineers, public authorities representatives Testing and quality assurance: You check construction plans, static documents, performance directories and execution details and ensure compliance with quality, dates and costs sustainable construction: You integrate modern, energy-efficient constructions into our projects Commissioning management and warranty tracking: You accompany the commissioning of new buildings and plants after completion and ensure the enforcement of warranty claims against the contractors
