Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

You take over the full coordination of the specialist planners involved in the planning (Lph 2-5) You evaluate the planning results in terms of economic and terminological feasibility and contribute your knowledge from the execution. You secure the construction execution periods by a predictive schedule and control of the planning processes You review the execution planning and agree with approval authorities and contracting entities You check the W+M plans and agree to them until the order/execution release You always strive to achieve simple and implementable solutions You have the contractual requirements in mind, complain and document deviations from our planning partners and clients You accept the invitation to tender and award of all necessary planning services for GU- & TU projects You are responsible for the digital plan management and ensuring the correct plan distribution/runnings

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable degree Long-term professional experience in the design, construction management of projects in construction or construction A high level of initiative and commitment as well as joy at work in the team A solution-oriented mindset and a certain level of enforcement Concepts such as planning planning, design management & planning coordination in general arrange a clear range of tasks and design this area independently and completely.
