HTB Hanseatische Fondshaus GmbH is an AIF-Capital Management Company (KVG) approved and supervised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with the Capital Investment Code (KAGB) and part of the HTB Group. The HTB Group designs, distributes and manages Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), mainly in the field of real estate market funds. She also works as a service KVG for the real estate and private equity segments. Active Management of Portfolios from Asset Classes Real Estate and Private Equity Control and support of service KVG man data Development and implementation of sustainable fund strategies in coordination with asset management Control of internal and external service providers, in particular asset management, auditors and banks Responsibility for investor communication, including as part of the preparation of business reports and reporting Return and cost-effectiveness calculations at fund level and balance of forecast and budget planning Ensuring compliance with legal and supervisory requirements Continuous development of internal processes in the field of fund management

Multiannual professional experience in portfolio management – ideally in a KVG or a comparable environment Basic understanding for dealing with regulatory requirements Own-responsible, structured working together with team spirit and willingness to cooperate Embossed communication skills and organisational skills High quality orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
