Planning, monitoring and control of regional construction projects in compliance with timetables and budgets. Coordination and communication with architects, engineers and other project participants. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations at the construction site. Monitoring the progress and implementation of regular project reviews. Early detection and elimination of problems and challenges at the construction site. Leadership and motivation of construction and work teams to achieve optimal results. Reporting to management on project status and key developments. Management and compliance with relevant building regulations and environmental regulations.

Training or studies in civil engineering (e.g. technician, master, civil engineer) Multiannual professional experience in civil, road, pipeline or civil engineering Knowledge of construction processes & construction site organization Close to practice, solution-oriented & decision-making Very good German knowledge (C2) Readiness to travel in the south German area (max. 150 km, no overnight stay)
