As a Lean Manager (m/w/d), you build sustainable LEAN management in our electronics and hydraulic production and establish it permanently in prototype and small series production. Continuous analysis of production and logistics processes for identifying waste and efficiency potentials Implementation and further development of common Lean tools (e.g. 5S, Kanban, SQDC Shopfloor Management) Building and Accompanying a Sustainable Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) in Operation Initiation, planning and management of Lean-Projects as well as accompaniment of specialist departments in implementation Definition and introduction of standards in the field of operations to ensure effective and error-free tasks Linking lean principles with digital tools and automation and standardization approaches in the productive environment Definition and monitoring of key figures to measure the success of Lean measures Implementation of internal Lean audits to ensure the sustainability of the introduced processes

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management with a technical focus or comparable technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual practical experience in process optimization within an industrial manufacturing environment Applicable methods and certifications (e.g. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) of LEAN management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Persuasiveness & Enthusiasm to attract and motivate employees at all levels (from shopfloor to management) for changes Hands-on-Mentiality for the Operational Implementation of LEAN Measures and Strategy Experience in dealing with resistance in change processes and the endurance of establishing new standards in the long term Standing for occasional national and international missions
