Full lawyer / full lawyer with second legal state exam Multiannual relevant professional experience with interfaces to committee work and company law issues Leadership experience is desirable but not required Funded knowledge in company law, in particular in the share law, HGB and co-determination law Experience in the field of corporate governance as well as in the legal accompaniment of legal processes is advantageous, as is the understanding of complex structures Safe appearance and communication at eye level according to internal and external, integrity and responsible handling of sensitive information
