You support our project team in introducing and developing our CRM system based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You work with the Project Management Office (PMO) and support the creation of project plans, status reports and presentation and decision documents. You prepare meetings and workshops, document results and keep track of tasks and schedules. You support stakeholder and communication management and ensure that departments, sales and IT are always well informed. You participate in test and acceptance activities and document results structured. You research current trends and best practices around digitalization, CRM and sales processes and prepare your findings for the project team.
You are a student:in business informatics, computer science, business management with a focus on digitalization or IT or a comparable degree program. You are interested in digitalization, project management and modern CRM systems - first points of contact with Salesforce are a plus, but not a must. You work structured, analytically and keep an overview of complex topics. You are sure to go with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. First experiences with Microsoft teams, Jira or Confluence are of advantage. You are convinced by an independent and reliable way of working and enjoying the team's collaboration. You have very good German and good English skills. You are now available for 19h/week
