Deputy Head of Association Support of the joint management in all technical, organisational and quality issues Participation in the strategic development of the Gransee network Development and development of conceptual foundations within the framework of the BTHG Professional controlling (e.g. documentation quality, target achievement, effect, key figures) Preparation and monitoring of audits, audits and coordination with cost-beneficiaries Take over management tasks in defined areas (e.g. quality development, specialist standards, crisis strategy) Representation of the management in the absence of technical, organisational and personnel matters Ensuring smooth operation Participation in personnel planning, development and personnel decisions Taking responsibility for defined internal processes (e.g. interface control, communication with cooperation partners) Special responsibility for integration aid Creation and further development of individual participation plans according to SGB IX Analysis of complex needs and derivation of suitable support settings Control of challenging case profiles Ensuring professional and effective pedagogical services for people with complex disabilities Professional support, advice, guidance and training of employees Crisis management and readiness Intervention planning for self- or foreign risk, mental emergencies or challenging behaviour Cooperation with cost-beneficiaries, clinics, doctors, therapists, legal care and relatives Representation of the association at external dates, bodies and networks

Complete study of social work, social, rehabilitation or medical education, psychology or comparable qualification Knowledge of integration aid and SGB IX/BTHG Professional experience in working with people with complex disabilities Management experience or clear management (e.g. team management, project management, staff function) Competences in dealing with challenging behaviour and crisis situations reflectivity, communication strength and sovereign appearance Willingness to take on call Structured, independent working methods as well as ability to professional and strategic thinking
