Technical processing of allowances for construction services from 500,000 euros gross as well as support in subsequent disputes and negotiations Persecution of supplementary offers with case specific features in close coordination with project management and construction monitoring Consulting in VOB Construction Contract Law for Specialist Areas Development of “Lessons-Learned” processes for the sustainable improvement of follow-up and project management Analysis of performance deviations, breakdowns and additional costs Building and maintenance of a follow-up database for cross-project evaluations Quality assurance in tenders and awards Training and further development of employees in follow-up Technical participation in conciliation and legal disputes

Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering or comparable expertise/qualifications and experiences Multiannual professional experience in building contract and contract law (VOB/B, VOB/A, BGB, GWB) and in the field of supplementary management in road construction and/or construction engineering In-depth knowledge of costing and construction Good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
