A task that enthuses you:

Remuneration fee: For a punctual and precise compensation bill for our active employees Management of entry/exit & contractual changes: You collect entry and exit measures as well as contract changes and ensure a smooth process Examination of movement data: You check and collect monthly movement data taking into account all collective, tax and social insurance requirements Care of personal master data: You update and care for personal master data including absences in compliance with legal and operational regulations Compliance with statutory reporting requirements: You transfer information, certification and reporting obligations to authorities and other relevant bodies Working in the internal control system: You are actively working on the implementation and documentation of our internal control system

Professional training & experience: You have completed a commercial training and have already gained experience in pay billing Tax and social security: You are safe and always up to date in tax and social security law Knowledge of accounting systems: You have experience with SAP HCM or a comparable accounting system Customer orientation & communication: You convince by high customer orientation and strong communication skills Careful & independent mode of operation: You work precisely, independently and service-oriented Commitment & team capacity: You are committed, resilient, flexible and happy to work in the team
