Key tasks

• Head of the working group with 8 employees
• Implementation of the determination procedure pursuant to §152 SGB IX for the determination of disabilities
• Application and opposition examination, file inspections
• Processing of contradictions for the detection of disabilities and disadvantage compensation
• preparation of reduction decisions in the post-examination procedure

We expect

§ Willingness to acquire sound legal knowledge in the field of detection procedures according to § 152 SGB IX, SchwbAwVO, SGB I, IX, X, JVEG, utilisation medical principles (VG) and basic knowledge about diagnosis, types of disease/stages and medical measurement methods

§ Management and management experience

§ a sovereign handling of the MS Office products and in the technical processDEVISS, Enaio, OpenProsoz and SAP

§ Organisational skill for managing high case numbers and cost-conscious action

§ Good written and oral printability in German language

§ Citizenship and helpfulness with a strong understanding of the concerns of people with disabilities
