Employee Organization & Service Coordination in Erfurt (m/f/d)

You are responsible for accepting, prioritizing and processing internal requests in the ticket system. You prepare training and meeting rooms according to requirements, equip them appropriately and rebuild them properly after the event. You regularly monitor all training and meeting rooms with regard to technology and furniture. You act as a central contact person for domestic engineering and support the coordination of catering and cleaning services. In the case of representation, you take over the smooth running at the reception, including guest reception and telephone center.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. A pronounced organizational capability, a structured working method and a high service and customer orientation combined with a friendly, clear and professional communication. Basic technical understanding for space and event technology. A hand-on mentality and the willingness to pack. Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Flexibility within the scope of our reception and event times, in individual cases - according to previous agreement - also outside the usual business hours.
