Deputy Head of Labour Market Division – Legal Profile (m/f/d)

You have co-responsibility for the strategic orientation of the department and support employees professionally and personally. You analyze, design and accompany labour market policy legislative projects from a legal perspective. You develop and coordinate political positions together with the member associations. You are in close cooperation with federal ministries, federal authorities and associations. You inform and advise member associations and their member companies. You represent the interests of employers in bodies, events and other public formats.

You have a degree in law or a comparable qualification and can develop complex legal and political relationships in a comprehensible manner. You work independently, solution-oriented and like to work in the team and take responsibility for content design. You bring a strong interest in political processes and labour market issues. You have relevant professional experience and/or knowledge in labour market policy and social law (SGB II, III, IX). You communicate accurately and safely in word and writing, even in English.
