We are looking for our two housing groups for people with disabilities. Setting is done within the framework of short-term employment (max. 70 services within 10 months). An extension after the expiry of the 70 services is possible. Short- to medium-term takeover of personnel failure services Support and accompaniment of the inhabitants in all areas of life and life in the community (e.g. leisure, household management, body hygiene, etc.) Assistance or, where appropriate, deputy takeover in primary care activities Implementation of the daily and weekly structure Documentation Participation in the further development of offers, with the aim of the greatest possible participation of the inhabitants Participation in service meetings, supervision (case and team supervision) and training

Completed training as a health care/careerin, elderly caregiverin or educator*in Joy in working with people who have a mental (and sometimes physical disability) Ability to work both in the team and independently and plan action Valuation and Empathic Behavior gracious to our residents, their relatives, colleagues and service providers Good team, coordination and cooperation skills Commitment and Responsibility Self-organisation and self-responsibility A high degree of flexibility and the willingness to take over services at short notice
