You implement quality assurance in hospitals according to legal requirements and guidelines, commission quality controls and derive appropriate measures from them. You develop contractual content, conduct independent negotiations with the partners involved and ensure a reliable implementation of the agreements. In the case of compensation and contract negotiations with stationary and outpatient care and rehabilitation facilities, you will take your position and accompany procedures from the regional divorce office. You will also analyse treatment-relevant compensation and performance data, prepare them address-oriented and introduce them specifically into your negotiations. In addition, you agree closely with the member trades, health insurance associations, pension insurance companies and contractors and represent the interests of the substitute banks vis-à-vis hospitals, associations and the state authority.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of health economics or economics, or alternatively you have vocational training in statutory social insurance with relevant professional experience. Ideally, you already have knowledge of contract design within statutory health insurance. The common Microsoft Office apps are safe and routined. You communicate confidently in word and writing and prepare complex facts in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner. With your analytical skills, you represent positions in negotiation situations clearly and convincingly.
