You are responsible for the conceptual and operational development of the training of our business unit You take over the disciplinary leadership of trainees and dual students You promote the development of trainees and are their first contact person in both professional and personal matters You agree closely with the departments and executives to ensure efficient implementation of training processes You ensure that all statutory requirements and internal training guidelines are complied with You support the Group-wide development of innovative and future-oriented training concepts

A degree in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in training management and support for trainees High commitment, sense of responsibility and will for collegial cooperation Wire to young people and fun to accompany and develop them in their professional, social and personal development Solution-oriented thinking with a structured approach and courage to make decisions and enforce them Enthusiasm and understanding of digitalization topics and current IT trends Safe occurrence, organizational ability and pronounced communication strength
