As a manager in the insurance company of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG, you take a central role in managing and developing an operating team. Your main tasks as a group manager Life Insurance / Occupational Pensions (m/w/d) include:

Conducting your own team according to the management guidelines and principles of Allianz Ensure compliance with valid service and quality standards Personal and professional development of employees in the team Motivation of your own team to ensure high quality as well as efficiency in customer care and expertise Implementation or provision of expertise in the team and the necessary training of employees Participation in the implementation of the department's personnel planning and participation in human affairs Management of interfaces to other departments and industry/savings Understanding special tasks and participation in projects Monitoring and improvement of workflows and clarification and treatment of technical problems

Head of Life Insurance / Senior Caregiver (m/w/d):

Multiannual and proven experience in a comparable management position, ideally in the insurance sector Completed vocational training for/for the insurance businessman or equivalent completed commercial training or studies Long-term experience in insurance Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions High social competence combined with strong team skills, conflictability and organisational skills Very good written and oral expressiveness Examination, high resilience, ability to enforce, willingness to decide, and high temporal and local flexibility Experience with agile work desirable
