Employee Work Preparation (m/f/d)

You support the work preparation in the operational daily business and contribute to a smooth production process. You are responsible for the maintenance and testing of master, order and production data in the ERP system as well as for the production and processing of production orders, unit lists and work plans. In addition, you evaluate data and key figures to support production planning, perform simple database queries and prepare the results clearly. You analyze errors, inconsistencies and deviations in processes and data stocks and actively contribute to their elimination. As an employee in the work preparation, you are an important interface between production, purchasing, construction, sales and other internal departments. In addition, you support the continuous development and optimization of workflows as well as the creation and maintenance of documentation and evaluations.

Your profile: Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in work preparation, production or data processing Experience with ERP systems as well as good MS Office and Excel knowledge Basic knowledge of databases and SQL of advantage Understanding production processes, lists, work plans and production orders Analytical, structured and careful operation with high number and data affinity Solution-oriented thinking, sense of responsibility and rapid understanding Teamability, communication strength and readiness to integrate into new systems
