As a business unit for passenger railway stations of DB InfraGO AG, we redesign mobility every day. With around 5,400 stations and the commercial use of areas in 800 reception buildings, we are Europe's largest operator of transport properties – and host to millions of travellers. At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a dedicated project manager:in the planning and realization of challenging station projects (w/m/d) as part of the general renovations at the Hannover site. Together with a strong project team, you control your projects through all performance phases – from the first idea to the successful commissioning. With your know-how and willingness to design, you are shaping the railway stations and traffic stations in Niedersachsen and Bremen. You are responsible for the control and control of planning and construction services for various construction projects in relation to the requirements of appointments, qualities and planning and construction costs, taking into account valid regulations You are responsible for the technical guidance and competent management of the project participants You design planning and construction services, monitor contractual obligations and enforce them to contractors In doing so, you represent the interests of the Personal Train Stations division as a builder to Group companies and third parties Your tasks include the technical examination and formal acceptance of planning services, the operation of active risk management, and the development of countercontrol measures in the event of deviations You ensure both proactive post-production management and secondary construction monitoring In addition, you can participate in project financing as well as in the commercial project completion

Your profile:

You have a degree as a civil engineer:in, architect:in or a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the realization of infrastructure projects An independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong hands-on mentality characterize you You can communicate your position without losing sight of the needs of others In addition, you are a maker and tackle challenges, because the customer is at the heart of your action You are driving the common goal - together with your team
