Collection and management of building documentation, service provider contracts and technical building equipment Examination of technical and infrastructural management concepts, performance directories and supply levels Control, monitoring and coordination of external service providers, specialist planners and architects Monitoring and documentation of the actual state of buildings and damage as well as the initiation of professional deficiencies Ensuring the operator's obligations, in particular by complying with the statutory requirements for the operation of the building and the initiation of the necessary maintenance, as well as expertise and expert examinations Creation and maintenance of budgets for technical building measures (CAPEX) and reporting Conducting regular object visits and warranty tracking

Complete technical training in the field of building or operating technology or completed studies in the field of engineering, architecture, technical building management or technical property management Professional experience in technical property management with a focus on commercial properties or in a comparable activity, e.g. in an architectural office, in facility management or as property manager*in Good knowledge of building technology and experience with modernisation and maintenance Analytical competence and hands-on mentality High communication capability, pronounced understanding of services and safe occurrence and joy in work in the team
